Petaluma River & Bridge

I was trying to loosen up and paint the colors of the river, trees, bridge and distant road with a palette knife. I can't get as caught up in details with a palette knife. This was a quick study.

FIGURE 52

I recently finished making adjustments and repainting areas of this painting.  This artist's model had a very pure and fresh quality.
